Most of this chapter takes place at Cobbles Pizza shop (mmmm...i love pizza). Cobbles is on Hector street which divides the East and West sides of Two Mills.
-Was this just or coincidence? Why do you think Jerry Spinelli put this store on Hector street?
So that when Jeffrey tries to untie Cobbles' Knot people from both sides of the town can watch.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good idea, but I doubt that's what the real reason is
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you think that's the reason?
ReplyDeleteSince that doesn't seem like a very important reason
ReplyDeleteIf you read the chapter over, it says that people from both ends of town came to watch. That idea is the start of reuniting the sides. And also the owner of Cobbles' Pizza has more buissness that way, with people from both sides buying pizza.
ReplyDeleteAh, I see what you mean
ReplyDeletei agree with Rotem.
ReplyDeleteI to think that Rotem's second idea is correct
ReplyDeleteya i also agree with rotems idea
ReplyDeleteI guess I'll join this group
ReplyDeleteI think he put it on the hector street, so everyone from both west and east end will be able to see maniac untie the Cobble's knot.
ReplyDeletebut cobbles corner was there before jeffrey tried to untie the knot
ReplyDeletebut it's why the author put it there, it's a trick
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean by that Rotem?
ReplyDeleteI mean that the story isn't real, so actually there was no "before Jeffrey tried to untie the knot". It's only when he tries to that the shop comes into the story, and only then did the author think he should put it there.
