Fishbelly was the name Mars Bar called Jeffrey, and other people that he didn't like. When he wrote "Fishbelly" on the Beale's house, it was a rude way of saying that he wanted Jeffrey to leave.
i don't know what fishbelly means, but I think it's not a nice word to say to someone, and it was written on the Beales, because people wanted Maniac to get out of East End.
Well, it wasn't in the dictionary ( under fish ), so I'm assuming it's an unoffical curse or rude comment towards one; I'm also guessing it has something to do with racism
